We think that every child should have access to a high-quality education that can lead to a better future, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
OUR SEARCH IS FOR:
Early Childhood Educators: Practitioners with a focus on child-centered pedagogies, creative teaching methods, and play approaches.
Nursery & Primary Teachers: Those committed to giving children a solid foundation of knowledge and skilled in cutting-edge teaching techniques.
Teachers at secondary schools with a STEM focus are enthusiastic instructors who have the ability to make science, technology, engineering, and math relatable to preteen students.
comradery Time: One year.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
- Individuals under 35.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Candidates must be prepared to showcase their leadership potential. This will be evaluated through three essays where you will:
- Describe your personal achievements over the years.
- Share your volunteer and professional experiences.
- Detail your long-term goals and motivations for joining the fellowship.
We recommend employing the STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) to structure your essays. Reflect on your past experiences, and don’t rush; think deeply, write honestly, and proofread diligently.
