Climate Mitigation Award
Recognizing organizations, or initiatives that have made significant contributions to mitigating climate change and implementing sustainable practices within the economy. It highlights efforts and actions that have effectively reduced greenhouse gas emissions, preserving natural resources, promoted renewable energy sources, developed solutions using new technologies, made older equipment more energy efficient, or built resilience to climate change impacts.
Circular Economy Award
Celebrating enterprises that have implemented innovative approaches to reduce waste, promote resource efficiency, and implement circular economy principles. This category is open to solutions in circular apparel, circular packaging, circular distribution, business design, manufacturing and resource recovery.
Climate Adaptation and Resilience Award
This category recognizes those who have made substantial progress in developing and implementing effective measures to mitigate risks, protect communities and ecosystems, and foster long-term sustainability in the midst of a changing climate. This category is open to all sectors including Health, Agriculture, Livelihoods, Wash and Gender.
Ecosystem Award for the Most Sustainable Business
This award recognizes those businesses that are best aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. It highlights enterprises or initiatives that actively contribute to one or more of the SDGs through their operations, products, services, or business models. It also highlights organizations that prioritize sustainability, social responsibility, and positive impact within their respective sectors. This award is granted based on a voting procedure among Sankalp’s online community of impact practitioners.

- Must have a clear for-profit business model.
- Traction of the company and showing high potential to scale.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the market landscape and differentiation from other players.
- Should have a clear potential to create impact for people living at the bottom of the pyramid.
